IT/IQ Launches Newest Division: IT/IQ Executive Search
Vancouver, BC: After nearly two years of operating surreptitiously, IT/IQ has formally launched IT/IQ Executive Search as a distinct division of the IT/IQ Group. The executive search division will provide new and existing clients with recruitment services aimed solely at IT leadership roles. This new division will complement the core services provided by IT/IQ Tech Recruiters and offer an even more specialized recruitment service – IT executive search.
IT/IQ began conducting market research into the executive search industry in early 2015 to determine the competitive landscape and appetite for a new entrant. This research indicated that technology leaders are being under-serviced by executive search firms; an industry comprised nearly entirely of generalist agencies. There is a tremendous advantage for a technical agency which has the ability to comprehend and convey the technical details required by it’s clients.
Executive search services are a natural progression for IT/IQ, having a network of IT professionals who have matured and progressed alongside IT/IQ’s own organizational development and risen to the executive level. With a sole specialization in IT, IT/IQ is familiar with the unique opportunities and challenges affiliated with strong IT leadership and it is well positioned to operate effectively in this unique space.
