West Pacific Consulting Group Managed Services Inc. (WPCG) was founded in 2002, and quickly grew in size and market share, becoming a leading IT recruitment provider across Western Canada.

In 2015, the company rebranded as IT/IQ to align more closely with our exclusive focus on technology recruitment and search services. In late 2019, IT/IQ’s two divisions (IT/IQ Executive Search and IT/IQ Tech Recruiters) expanded nationally with the introduction of offices in Toronto and Calgary. International expansion remains a long-term goal.
