Summary of Role: ITIQ's Public Sector client is looking for a Business Analyst to support the portal development for a rental unit creation incentive program. Responsibilities:
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and document business processes, use cases, requirements, UAT scenarios and other artifacts as applicable for solution design and implementation
Review and provide feedback to the user stories/requirements from the vendors
Engage in testing and quality assurance
Assist with change management and training activities
Provide technical and training support
Qualifications: Ideal Candidate Must-have:
2 to 4 years of experience as a business analyst
Experience in conducting sessions with the business stakeholders to collect and document requirements
Proficient with M365 applications
Demonstrated superior analytical, problem solving and judgement skills
Ability to learn and quickly comprehend technical and business concepts
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preference will be given to candidates with the following:
Experience working with Dynamics 365 or Power Apps Portal (Power Pages)
Working for public agencies and/or social service organizations
Prior portal implementation experience
Customer service experience
