As an Account Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Continuing to build and expand upon IT/IQ’s market share through business development.
  • Continuing to manage and penetrate existing accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to discover needs, opportunities and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Work closely alongside our recruitment team to identify client needs, qualify candidates, present top candidates and collect and provide candidate interview feedback.



  • College Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in a performance-based environment
  • Previous sales/recruiting experience
