Top Skills Required

  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience gathering requirements and implementing business applications.
  • Experience of RFI and RFPs.
  • Experience in procuring solutions.
  • Experience with Project Management methodologies and deliverables.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills to foster client engagement and team work.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate and build rapport with different levels of staff, including Senior Management
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to quickly learn new concepts/processes.
  • Proven ability to establish priorities and strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, flexible and comfortable working in a government organization.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio).
  • Experience in the use of Requirements Management software.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
