IT/IQ Tech Recruiters is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our client in Burnaby, BC.

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to various streams of work
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
Develop strategies and integrate change management activities into program plan
Work closely with the team to implement OCM communications strategies
Evaluate and ensure user readiness
Identify and manage anticipated resistance across cross-functional teams
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
Create training plans and materials and manage the delivery of end-user training including subsequent follow-up activities and effectiveness assessment.
Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics to ensure adoption of transformation initiatives.
Utilize a customer-focused approach and provide direct support and coaching to end users and frontline managers as they help their direct report through transitions.
Top Skills Required
Prosci certified change practitioner
Hands-on experience in agile environments
Excellent presentation, training and coaching skills
5+ years' experience in Change Management across operational organizations
Experience working with a variety of stakeholders (field techs, executives, etc.)
Experience in Health, Insurance and/or Financial industries and environments
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
