  • Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to various streams of work
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Develop strategies and integrate change management activities into program plan
  • Work closely with the team to implement OCM communications strategies
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance across cross-functional teams
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Create training plans and materials and manage the delivery of end-user training including subsequent follow-up activities and effectiveness assessment.
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics to ensure adoption of transformation initiatives.
  • Utilize a customer-focused approach and provide direct support and coaching to end users and frontline managers as they help their direct report through transitions.


Top Skills Required

  • Prosci certified change practitioner
  • Hands-on experience in agile environments
  • Excellent presentation, training and coaching skills
  • 5+ years' experience in Change Management across operational organizations
  • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders (field techs, executives, etc.)
  • Experience in Health, Insurance and/or Financial industries and environments
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
