BC Housing is looking for an IT Business Analyst to provide support for various M365 applications with a focus on SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform development.
**Flexible work schedules are required as work may be required outside core working hours, work designated on weekends, or additional hours on short notice.
Responsibilities
Gather & analyze requirements from business
Work with the developers to design and implement solutions
Assist with change management and training activities
Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Create & execute test cases and facilitate UAT
Qualifications
Ideal candidates must-have:
1 to 2 years of experience providing solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform
1 to 2 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 applications
2 to 3 years of experience as a business analyst developing business and functional requirements
1 to 3 years of experience participating in user acceptance testing (UAT)
Demonstrated superior analytical, problem solving and judgement skills
Ability to learn and quickly comprehend technical and business concepts
Ability to work well under pressure and able to manage simultaneous priorities, pressures, and deadlines
Preference will be given to candidates with the following:
Experience working with SharePoint Online and Teams
Experience working with Microsoft’s Power Platform
Experience using MS DevOps
Experience working for public agencies and/or social service organizations
