IT/IQ Tech Recruiters is seeking an Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant to join our client in Edmonton, AB.

  • Collaborate with other team members and consultants in working sessions to determine design and configuration decisions based on business requirements
  • Create, review and verify all Oracle Time and Labour, Absence and Payroll workbooks to ensure configuration is according to the specifications
  • Create and review all integration documents as well as the integration files between the legacy system and Oracle
  • Support data conversion to help convert legacy data into Oracle
  • Participate in user scenario and system integration testing  
  • Work cross functionally with other team members from other modules such as HCM, Benefits, and Payroll where there are touchpoints
  • Assist the integration team in helping to test integrations between Oracle and third party/custom solutions
  • Understand and use the implementation methodology
  • Provide status updates and identify risk areas  
  • Assist with end user training


Top Skills Required

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with deep functional expertise in time and labour, absence management and/or payroll
  • Experience in all aspects of the implementation of the Time and Labour module and/or Absence Management functionality in Oracle HCM Cloud preferred, or other similar applications (Workday, PeopleSoft etc.)
  • Extensive experience with all aspects of Oracle system implementation including, application design, application configuration and implementation, testing and training
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple, potentially changing, priorities
  • Strong technical and analytical skills 
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
