As a Recruitment Specialist you will:
Work our full-cycle recruitment process from inception to completion including sourcing and screening talent, pitching job opportunities, negotiating compensation and contract terms, and supporting candidates and consultants throughout their assignments with our clients.
Build a network of strong business relationships with IT professionals, both locally and nationally.
College Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience in a performance-based environment
Previous sales/recruiting experience
