IT/IQ Tech Recruiters is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our client Vancouver, BC.

Leads the assessment of client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to identify business priorities and recommends options.
Identifies, elicits, and documents business requirements, defines business rules and communicates requirements for the implementation of business solutions.
Performs end-to-end business process analysis and design, within the vendor solution and outside of it
Works with the vendor, business team and stakeholders on the functional design to ensure business and project goals are met
Works with Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, Business Architects, and Solution Architects to document the business/functional requirements for application and data integrations ensuring that all factors enabling the technical design and implementation of the requirements are included at an appropriate level of detail.
Leads planning sessions to implement integrated business process improvements and documents discussion and agreements.
Develops user test cases and validates test results during test and acceptance stages. Typically performs, but not limited to, functional testing.
Builds and maintains good working relationships with project teams, business analyst peers, stakeholders, and vendors
Top Skills Required
5+ years of experience with Payroll/Time/Attendance system implementations
5+ years of experience with HR/Payroll/Time and Labour/Absence rules and business processes and the associated development/configuration of those business processes.
5+ years working in large scale ERP system implementation with multiple vendors and system stakeholders involved
Individuals who have Workday & Planon experience will be given preference
Solid understanding of key HR processes, business drivers, and ability to effectively communicate with various business stakeholders
Experience in producing business analysis deliverables such as: BRDs, use cases, user scenarios, user stories
Experience facilitating groups to achieve an appropriate outcome
Experience with implementing integrations between enterprise systems
Individuals who have implementation experience of HR or Maintenance Management systems will be given preference
Individuals who have experience in Work Order Management, Asset and Inventory Management will be an asset (business process understanding for upkeep of buildings, landscapes, vehicles, and offices, as well as custodial and maintenance activities including labour hour capture for both payroll and customer billing)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
