Responsibilities

  • Focusing on team dynamics and team productivity
  • Providing mentorship, coaching and professional develop to team members
  • Providing technical leadership
  • Working with product to manage and prioritize the backlog
  • You will be creating and contributing to large-scale architectural plans and solutions that create unique and cutting-edge retail experiences for some of the largest retailers in the world.
  • Maintaining the operational quality of your team’s portfolio

 

Top Skills Required

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Strong foundation in object-oriented design
  • Familiarity with development in the C# web stack (e.g. ASP.NET Core)
  • Experience with Cloud hosting (Azure, Kubernetes, Google Cloud etc.)
  • Experience in working in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience leading a software development team
  • Experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Passionate about software development
  • Willingness to learn and stay current with software development technologies
  • Very good interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
