Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and communicate the vision with customers, team members and other stakeholders
• Challenge our team to build market leading features and understand how to position the product within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Leverage the strengths of a platform solution such as Salesforce to enable partnership selling opportunities and complete solutions for our customers
• Develop strong relationships with key customers, partners and prospects to understand where market trends are heading and what opportunities are available
• Lead, define, represent and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics
• Collaborate with the development and sales teams to ensure the market opportunities are prioritized and understood
• Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action
• Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers
• Lead a team of product management and UX/UI professionals in which you exemplify our core values and inspire others
• Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio including opportunities to modularize the portfolio and explore new markets
• Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and roadmap

Top Skills Required

• MBA or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent industry experience
• Demonstrated experience and passion for leading people (5+ years)
• Experience leading product teams, working with partners and most importantly an ability to focus on customers and their needs
• Ability to lead decision making and focus priorities on the product vision and growth plans
• Strong background in SAAS products and working with partners in a larger platform ecosystems such as Salesforce
• A keen eye for design and a strong background of working with UX/UI teams
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
