Every year IT/IQ hosts a mid-year event for our team to celebrate our successes, recuperate from any bad bounces, and come together as a team. As a part of our long-standing tradition, Whistler provides the perfect venue, with its world-renowned mountain backdrop.
This past weekend marks our 9th annual Whistler trip, and by all reports, it was our best one yet. From the chartered bus (thankfully air conditioned and well-stocked with cold refreshments), to the volleyball tournament at Rainbow Lake, to dinner in the Village, to dancing well into the wee hours of the morning – it was a non-stop celebration of the incredible group who make up IT/IQ.
“Obviously I’m proud of our accomplishments,” said Feras Elkhalil, IT/IQ’s founder and president, “but what I’m most proud of are our people. Our team has never been stronger or more closely knit, and their passion, talent and hard work never ceases to amaze me, and they aren’t slowing down one bit. Our team has rallied around our values and goals, and are driving IT/IQ into new markets, new areas of specialization, and continually setting and re-setting the bar for our industry. It’s gratifying and humbling, and this weekend is a fantastic way to recognize and celebrate our people.”
