It’s hard to believe it’s been 17 years since we started IT/IQ (formerly West Pacific Consulting Group). On one hand, it feels like only yesterday that I sat down at the old desk in my parent’s basement full of optimism, and unaware of what lay ahead. On the other hand, it also feels like we’ve been doing this forever.
As we crest this milestone, there’s an electric feel to this place, and the anticipation is tangible. Why? Besides celebrating another successful year, we are also on the verge of announcing some very exciting news. It’s the culmination of a 17-year dream, and I can hardly wait to make the announcement – but I have to, for just a little bit longer.
I’m humbled and grateful for the hard work, dedication and belief of our team. Without it, we could not have made IT/IQ what it is today. Thank you to our consultants and candidates who put their trust in us to find them new opportunities. Thank you to our clients who believed in us, and for giving us the opportunity to contribute to the success of their projects and initiatives (especially those that called back when we were first starting out).
But for now, let’s take a moment to recognize where we are today. Let’s celebrate what we’ve accomplished together, and our team that continues to push us forward. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I look forward to another 17 years with our incredible team.
